I have been fascinated over the years by controversial, analysis and discussion regarding leadership and
management. Progressively there looks to be attention to the variations between leadership and management and it appears to me that this has developed partly due to deficits in one or the opposite.


Most people would love to become, or to consider ourselves as, robust leaders. There is one thing
appealing concerning the concept of making and following a vision and influencing others to support the required transitions. True enough, if it wasn't for good leadership, nothing would have been modified or improve.

My view of leadership and management is that they all do require completely different talent sets, but should co-exist in order for any change to occur effectively. It's sort of a hand and a glove. together along that create an excellent partnership.
